M’TUCCI’S CATERING AGREEMENT

This agreement is between M’tucci’s Catering (M’tucci’s) and the Client, for catering services on the agreed upon date and time.

Client and M’tucci’s agree to the following:

SERVICES

1. M’tucci’s agrees to provide (food, beverage, service equipment) services to the Client for the “Event”.

2. For this Event, M’tucci’s agrees to provide the following: food and any other items as agreed by attached proposal for the guaranteed number of guests.

3. Client agrees to a 20% fee on equipment rentals from a third party rental company. The fee includes coverage for missing, damaged, or broken equipment.

DEPOSIT

1. Client will pay a deposit of 25% upon signing the agreement.

2. A second deposit of 50% of the Proposal amount is due 14 days prior to the event.

3. Final balance is due prior to the day of the event based on guaranteed count.

4. Deposit is refundable if Client cancels no later than 30 days prior to the event.

PAYMENT

1. If the Client should require food, beverage or services in addition to the proposal items an increase in cost will occur.

2. All balances must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the event.

GUEST

1. Client agrees to provide M’tucci’s with a general estimate of the anticipated number of guests upon booking. 30 days prior to their event, Client must confirm their guaranteed number of guests. Reductions in guest count must be agreed 7 days prior to the event.

2. Client will provide M’tucci’s with a final number of guests no later than 7 days before the event.

MENU

1. Client will approve their menu from M’tucci’s available options, no later than 14 days prior to the event.

2. No changes may be made 7 days before the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Client may cancel this Agreement 30 days prior with a full refund of their deposit. Cancellation 14 days prior will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
